| 1 - Market Penetration |
Based on our experience, we have developed a methodology that enables to quickly evaluate the necessary steps needed to penetrate the market, adapt to different business models and get a quick market response.
The objectives of the methodology are to plan and schedule the market penetration, while at the same time evaluate, from start, the investment, managerial effort and strategic changes required to penetrate the market. This methodology follows two steps:
|
Stage I - Market Understanding
During this step, we will conduct a wide overview of the relevant markets to target in order to:
|
- Understand the major trends and competitive environment
- Identify the relevant target market segments to penetrate, strategic partners and prospects / end-users to contact
- Prepare, select and update the relevant marketing tools (approach letter, corporate and product/service description) in the relevant languages of the targeted markets
- Find the optimal and fastest way to penetrate these entities
|
Stage II - Market Penetration
This step allows us to generate leads for road shows (based on the results of the initial market understanding). We will promote the required follow-up meetings with existing contacts:
|
- Establish initial contacts with the relevant decisions makers
- Organize road-shows with qualified targets and providing follow-up tables
- Act as informal “sensor” in order to get feedback market
- Generate revenues based on sales cycle
Our cycle of involvement with clients continues until a local business infrastructure has been established to support its business, through to the initiation of strategic sales.
|
2 - Specific Account Penetration
|
|
Specific account penetration missions are normally conducted on behalf of large clients that are seeking to penetrate key accounts and/or where they were unsuccessful in doing so in the past. Conducting missions of this type requires utilization of our network of contacts within these accounts that allows us to obtain non-public information through comprehensive interviews and information mining from within the organization.
